My life-education is unique.
Early Life
As a young child, my parents quit their desk jobs and changed career trajectory to have the freedom to raise me & my siblings and provide high-quality education through homeschooling.
Me & my mother, 2007
My father, an architect, and my mother, a dentist, focused on creating a strong foundation in mathematics and literature. In addition to homeschooling, I attended Two Roads Charter School part-time, fostering learning in the humanities and providing important socialization.
Me & My diabetic alert Dog, 2010
In May 2008, my life forever changed when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. With an inability to naturally produce the food-digesting hormone "insulin", my survival depended on my ability to consistently make rational and disciplined decisions in my daily existence.
Teenage Years
As I became a teenager, my parents wanted to encourage success through exposure to a challenging academic environment. As a result, instead of attending public high school, I started taking classes full-time at Community College of Denver at the age of 13.
Student ID, 2016
At Community College of Denver, I struggled to connect with people of extremely different backgrounds. I took classes as a developing teenager with peers double my age (or older) and with responsibilities far outweighing mine. The social and academic challenges of this experience defined me and made me a more capable and out-going individual in ensuing development.
Community College of Denver Graduation, 2019
Also during this time, I extensively volunteered at the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. With over 500 hours of volunteering, I worked to educate guests, raise awareness of environmental issues, and care for a variety of exotic animals. From this experience I developed a lifelong love of sustainability and wildlife conservationism.
Recent Experience
After graduating from Community College of Denver, I wanted to pursue a degree that could utilize my strong foundation in math, an interest in cutting-edge science, and a desire to advance sustainability in human life. These aspirations lead to me pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
Colorado School of mines graduation, 2022
In December of 2022, I graduated from Colorado School of Mines, Magna Cum Laude. During my time on campus, I directly shifted the flow of millions of dollars of investments, was internationally recognized for my efforts in innovation, and hand-built world class auto-mechanical systems (more information available in Projects).
From my life experience, I define myself through 3 qualities:
DRIVEN.
I am not naturally gifted, stunningly intelligent, or organically fearless. My strength is in being the indomitable hardest worker, wherever I am.
In education and health, my life has been defined by rejection of the conventionality in the pursuit of autonomous prosperity.
FREE-THINKING.
TRUTH-SEEKING.
I take pride in approaching life with a sense of curiosity; a constant desire to do better, learn more, and advance an honest ethos.
